The iDigiCart app for iOS offers a digital reproduction of traditional cartridge players commonly employed by DJs and sound engineers for live performances and broadcast applications. It facilitates quick access to sound clips such as jingles, stings, and samples, providing a streamlined workflow for both on-air and live concert environments.

By selecting a sound file from your iTunes Library within iDigiCart, the app creates a new cartridge button. Users can customize the visual style of these buttons via the 'Edit Style' mode. Each button displays relevant information including the file title, artist (when available), and duration, ensuring clarity during performances.

Upon pressing a cardboard, the corresponding sound is played, with the button changing to a red indicator. A progress bar and a 'remaining time' label visually track the playback, providing real-time status updates. If scrolling occurs during playback, the interface automatically scrolls the 'just played' button into view once the sound concludes, resetting the button to its default state.

The app includes controls for playback management. At any point during audio playback, users can activate the 'enable cancel' option to reveal an embedded 'cancel' button within the playback control. Pressing this button immediately halts the sound, offering precise control over audio cues during dynamic live situations.
